Step 4 - Evaluation Definition What’s working & what’s not working Level 1 are you doing what you said you were going to do in your written standard? have you been maintaining good records to assist with evaluation? Level 2 has awareness of health & safety improved in your workplace? has employee participation in health & safety increased? have accidents/claims decreased?

Step 4- Evaluation Step 5 - Acknowledging Success and/or Making Improvements Examples Foreman / Site Evaluation: Bobcat Procedures Worker Evaluation: PPE, Hazard Reporting, JHSC / HS Rep, H & S Policy, First Aid, RTW Scheduled Workplace / Site Inspections: all 5, WHMIS, RTW Joint Health & Safety Committee / H&S Rep: all 5 Management Review: All 5, or Leadership - Setting Targets
