Customer Satisfaction Survey Results • 400 Respondents via Phone • Respondents were 71% Procurement • 19% used more than 20 times last year • Most important reasons for using SEWP • Order Accuracy • Ease of Use • Reliable Online Tool • Ability to easily add products • Knowledgeable customer service staff • Low fee (ranked lower than those above) • Issues • 7% said they rarely find the products they need • Sometimes Do not Get Responses • 29% had received SEWP Training
