DESIGN SERVICES OBJECTIVES • Provide design documentation to assist in delivering capital works program • Roads • Bridges & culverts • Drainage • Kerb & channel • Traffic control facilities • Pathways • Carparks • Parks • Buildings • Signage & street furniture • Estimates & plans for funding submissions. • Provide plans for other CGSC bussiness units • Building Emergency plans • Energy Breakthrough plans • Manage & supervision of projects. • Assist with customer service enquiries.

  5. DESIGN PROCESS • Construction Documentation • Construction Plans • Specification • Construction Estimate

  6. DESIGN PROCESS • Construction • Handover construction projects to CGSC Works for construction or • Tender works • Prepare specifications • Work with procurement department to tender the project

  7. DESIGN PROCESS • On site setout of construction projects

  8. DESIGN PROCESS • Supervise contract works • Manage projects
