  7. Secondary Industry • Manufacturing of the lobster • Fish plants use to be used locally to process the lobster • Now we have local buyers and truck drivers to transport the lobster • Provides jobs for other people other then the fisherman

  12. Quaternary Industry • Computer technology has improved on fishing boats • Faster and more reliable boats • Markets are easier to access therefore easier to sell their product • Improved technology in studying the lobster population and how to sustain the industry so it doesn’t get depleted
