Details of Destruction • Stored in Newport, Indiana • First phase of breakdown will occur on storage site • “Wastewater” or VX hydrolysate (VXH) is considered a corrosive • VXH contains EMPA, MPA and EA2192 • Proposal analyses preformed by EPA and Center for Disease Control not included in report
More Details • PACT treatment will take place • The waste to be dumped in the Delaware will contain EMPA and MPA • 3,000- 7,000 gallons of waste daily
