  2. If activation for Office 365 is failing again and again then it may appear as unlicensed product and most of the features of Office apps will be disabled. To restore that features, you need to follow these steps to fix the activation failure error:

  3. 1. Login with the right account  If Microsoft Office asks you to login, enter the account information which you used to buy this software. A message will show as “We couldn’t find any Office product” if you enter the wrong address.  If the user has work or school account for Office 365 then enter the correct details for it instead of your personal email account. • Make sure that your MS account is linked with the office; check it by Sign in to Services & Subscription. Your subscription should be listed there.

Therefore, check it: • Open Control Panel> Programs and Features> Office> click Uninstall.
