Recap of Last Year • Increased Active Membership • Currently have about 50 Active Members • Hold bimonthly meetings highlighted with presentations by professionals within our community • AISC Steel Bridge Competition • 2009 Southeast Regional Competition • Competed in 13 of 14 events • Student Member Banquet at Comedy Zone • Highlighted by Good Standing Awards • Intramural Sports 2nd Place Plan Reading Steel Bidge Team

Goals For Next Year • Participate in AISC Steel Bridge Competition • Top Five Finish • Participate in ASCE National Concrete Canoe Competition • Compete in the 2010 Southeast Regional held at Auburn • Top Ten Finish • Host 2012 or 2013 ASCE Southeast Regional Competition Geotechnical Environmental Balsa Bridge

  4. How Can You Help? • Donations of Steel for AISC Bridge Competition • We need steel • Donations of Aggregates for Concrete Canoe Competition • Fly Ash, Glass Bubbles, Poraver, etc. • Monetary Donations • Faculty Support • We Couldn’t do it without Y’all!
