2. Personalized college profile • Some of the characteristics that I look for in a college are to have preferably division one sports but if not that’s not that important also to be driving distance not to far • Another thing is I would not like it in the middle of no where I prefer it to be in a city if not a couple of miles away from the city also I would rather go to a public school and the student diversity really wouldn't’t matter but if I had to pick I would prefer it diverse and a school with at most 10,000 students or less and a comfortable community • Also the school I would go to I would rather have it known for area I want to study also I would prefer semester systems at the college so I can understand better throughout the whole semester rather than only have classes for every 10 weeks and change my schedule/classes • The weather isn't really important also it doesn't’t have to be religiously affiliated or have a Greek program an EOP program for me is important in case I ever need help also a work study program a study abroad program isn't important housing is no problem I don’t plan on living on campus but financial is probably the most important thing that I am going to look at when applying for colleges

3. Dream college (UCLA) • UCLA would probably be my dream college because it is a school that I have visited a lot of times and the campus is beautiful also it has my major I am interested in learning which is civil engineering • But the only problem I would have with it is probably financial aid and how many people are there like the population and my gpa and test scores don’t match with there's • But it is my dream college ever since I visited it freshman year and it’s a D1 school and it is from driving distance for me this would be my dream school

4. Reach college #1 • My first reach college is UCI I really don’t think I have the highest and most competing GPA to get accepted to this school • Also I didn't’t take many AP courses like everybody that will probably apply here also my test scores are not that great but the school has major that I want to study • But I would not mind going here it is a nice school and a very nice community but it would be a hard Scholl to get in to

Reach college #2 • My second reach college is Ucr I would like to go to this school because it is close and it is a nice school and my Gpa is in range of there Gpa and there test scores as well • The only problem I don’t have the highest Gpa compared to others also the school is a big school with a population of 20,000 to 40,000 • But if I would get accepted I wouldn't’t mind going here but there and they also have D1 sports Also they have my major I want to study

6. Fit college #1 • My first fit college is Cal poly Pomona its sat score requirement is between 920-1200 Act is 20-27 and Gpa is not shown but base it off mostly on your sat score a bad thing about it is the population is 20,000+ • Cal poly is a D1 school also it has my major and is a public school and it is within driving distance of where I live also it is middle of a pretty big city the city of Pomona • Also have a lot of programs that help people when they need help and they are well know for what I want to major in

7. Fit college #2 • My other fit college would be Cal State University of Fullerton I have their required gpa and my test scores are just a little below their average scores • But it is close it is a nice community and a nice school it is just a very big school but has my major there also it is a very competitive school to get into • Also it is a D1 school and works with semesters system

8. Fit Colleges #3 • Cal Baptist university is another college I feel it fit for me I have gpa required as well as the test scores that are needed and have the major I want to study • The only down side of this cal state is it is a private institute but good side is is within driving distance also semester system and are a D1 school also the campus is nice and I would like to go to this school

9. Fit college #4 • Cal State Long Beach is another fit college I have its test requirements and its Gpa requirements also they are D1 and are well know for engineering program and are of study that I would like to study • This is sort of a competitive college also a down side is it is a very big school with population of more than 30,000 but it is public and does go based off of semester system

10. Fit college #5 • The last fit college that I would like to it is a big college which is a down side for me but my gpa more than what they ask for and my test scores are what they ask for also it is within driving distance • For Gpa it is not a competitive school also they could probably help me with financial aid and work with semester system

11. Safe college #1 • My first college that is my safe college would be Cal State San Marcos it isn't that big of a school also it is a nice campus and community and my test scores and my sat scores match what they ask for • My Gpa Also they can probably help me with financial aid and are a semester system school also have programs for people tat need help and this is a college I would like to go to

12. Safe college #2 • My absolute last resort or safe college would be Chico state because I meet all requirements and it is a nice school with not that many people but the only problem I have is it is nowhere near driving distance from where I live • This school will be my really safe college but it is a nice school and has all the things that I would like a about a college
