  2. Arrangement • Arrange : Mengatur • The art of preparing and adapting ( wikipedia ) • Reharmonization, paraphrasing, development of composition. • Menambahkan komposisi dan melodi. • Create something new from something old ( Brinkman ).

  3. Music Arrangement • Merubah suatu nuansa musik tanpa harus mengganti nada lagu/ menghilangkan identitas lagu tersebut. • Alasan arrangement : • Simplicity • Harder • Change the style • Added Element

  4. Manipulated texture • • wide/close • • dense/transparent • • solo/tutti • •polyphonic/homophonic/homorhythmic/ unison/etc. • • can melody be heard?--consider changes to facilitate melody

  5. Tips Arrangement • Pilih lagu yang memiliki kualitas musik cukup flexible. • Pilih nuansa musik lain. • Kembangkan komposisi dari segi harmonis, melodi dan vocal. • Jangan merubah lagu terlalu extreme sehingga kehilangan ciri khas dari lagu tersebut. • Menambahkan instrument yang belum ada jika perlu.

  6. Tips membuat lagu • 1. Be Creative..!!! • 2. Coba dengarkan musik sebanyak-banyaknya sebagai referensi. • 3. Biarkan lagu itu menceritakan isi hatimu. • 4. Jangan miskin tema. (referensi dari band/lagu lain) • 6. Jangan selalu ngikutin band-band yang udah gede. Komersil bukan berarti loe harus ikut-ikutan band lain. Tapi untuk mulai dari band referensi juga gak apa-apa. • 7. Jangan selalu ngikutin lagu-lagu yang lagi ngehits.
