Meat Requirements for new Meal pattern • Minimum and Maximum Ranges • Daily minimums • Weekly minimums and maximums • Count by 1/4 ounce • Can combine multiple M/MAs • Can count legumes in a recipe as a M/MA or a vegetable but not both on a single day.
