RIF Point Sheet Worksheets • Available on line • All Teachers complete the point sheet • Print 2 point sheets (one for employee, one for supervisor) • Attach necessary documentation to copy submitted to supervisor • Present to Supervisor by February 15 • Supervisor submits to HR by February 28
