What is TCM, and How do I use it? • Create a Contract • Upload an Existing Contract • Auto Notifications Via Email • Auto Review Notifications • Expiration Notifications • Renewal Notifications • Receiver doesn’t have to have a SciQuest account • Can be set far in advance • Can be set to re-occur
TCM Advantages (Functionality) • If you use Sourcing Director the TCM module will auto populate information from your event • Line items can be imported • Vendor attachments can be imported • Responses from questions in attachments will not
TCM Advantages (Functionality) • Notices required to better manage contracts • Customize notifications internally, and agencies • Automate notifications for review / expiration. • Digitize all paper files all internal record keeping.
eSignature • Works with contracts created within the system • Works with a hard copy that you upload • PDF, docx (word), etc. • Signatories don’t have to have a Sciquest account
Review Rounds • Internal Review Rounds • Reviewers are given temporary access to the contract to check out, make changes, and check back in. • External Review Rounds • Contract manager generates email and attachments through the system and sends it to a reviewers. Contract manager makes the changes to the contract after it is sent back to them personally.
