  2. GENERAL INFORMATION Kalush is a city of regional significance, located in the north-west of Ivano-Frankivsk region. Founded May 27, 1437 First Chartered: 1549 Population: 66,500 people Area: 64.53 km² Height above sea level: 290 m

  3. Geographical location One of the city's main advantages is its geographical location. A well-developed transportation network connects the city with Central Europe and the West through the railway and highways. Distances to major cities: - Ivano-Frankivsk (35 km) - Lviv (130 km)   Uzhhorod (280 km)   Kiev (560 km) Kalush is within 300 km from the borders of:   Poland (150 km)   Hungary (300 km)   Slovakia (300 km) Romania (240 km). • Nearest airports: • - International airport "Ivano-Frankivsk" (42 km) • - Lviv International Airport (117 km)

Medicine Kalush Central District Hospital provides treatment for patients throughout the region in 11 departments by 234 doctors, specializing in: neurosurgery, urology, cosmetic surgery, nephrology and hemodialysis. There are also a number of polyclinics in the city: pediatric, dermatological, dental and emergency medical station and other medical facilities.

Gas (75000 MW/h) An onsite medium pressure gas pipeline (pipe diameter 159 mm; pressure 2,5 kgf/cm2 (kilogram-force/square centimeter), pressure can be increased to 6 kgf/cm2), ). Thus, it is possible to obtain the necessary industrial volumes of gas if an onsite gas distribution point (GDP) is built. The KalushDepartment of Gas Utilization is responsible for managing the source of gas and gas pipelines. Water "Karpatnaftokhim" LLC, from which the appropriate capacity water pipes (for both industrial and drinking uses) can be constructed, is located 600 m from the site. Sewage Karpatnaftokhim LLC operates a sewage plant, distance is 600 meters from the site, whichwill provide theseweragesystem intherequiredquantities. Project elaboration, obtaining of permits for work, installation of equipment and performing of works on connection to all networks will take approximately 3 months from the date of obtaining of documents for the land use or ownership depending on technical specifications. Roads The eastern side of the site (at a distance of 4 meters) adjoins the main motorway of the industrial zone, connecting the site to the residential areas of Kalush. On the south side of the property (at a distance of 3 meters) there is a second local road, which also connects the industrial zone with the city. Distancetotheregionalcenter: 39 km

In both cases an additional electrical substation must be build in order to provide the required volumes of electricity. Gas (7500 MW/h) From the northern side of the site there is a gas pipeline with a high pressure (diameter 273 mm), owned by Dolinsky LN UMG, that can provide the necessary industrial volumes of gas. In order to connect to the pipeline it is necessary to construct a separate gas distribution point and ensure the construction of a 1.2 km gas pipeline. The Kalush Department of Gas Utilization is responsible for managing the source of gas and gas pipelines. Water The water pipes of the "Kalush Pipe Plant" Ltd. are locatedat the distance of 10 m from the site, from which the appropriate capacity water pipes can be constructed. Sewage The sewage system of the Kalush Pipe Plant LTD is located 50 m from the site, from which the connection can be made. From there, the sewage is carried (pipe diameter 160 mm) to the treatment facilities of LLC "Karpatnaftokhim". Project elaboration, obtaining of permits for work, installation of equipment and performing of works on connection to all networks will take approximately 3 months from the date of obtaining of documents for the land use or ownership depending on technical specifications. Roads From the eastern side of the plot (at a distance of 2 meters) there is a paved road connecting the site with the roads of the industrial zone, the center of the City of Kalush, and the villages of the Kalush District. Area: 17,6 ha Owner:Kalush City Council Transport and engineering infrastructure Electricity (11400 MW/hour) There is a substation (6 kV) owned by JSC “Universalnaenergetychnakompaniia” , and operated by LLC "Karpatnaftokhim", approximatley450 m from the site, from which there is an opportunity to bring the necessary power capacity. In this case, to receive a voltage of 380 W, it is necessary to build a second electric substation. Gas (7500 MW/h) There is a high pressure gas pipeline (diameter 273 mm), distance is 450 m from the site , owned by Dolinsky LN UMG, that can provide the necessary industrial volumes of gas. In order to connect to the pipeline it is necessary to construct a separate gas distribution point and ensure the construction of a gas pipeline to the site. Water 150 meters from the site is the water supply network of LLC "Karpatnaftokhim" to which it is possible to join and receive water in the required quantity. Sewage • 200 meters from the site is the sewage pipe network ofLLC “Karpatnaftokhim”, from which the connection can be made to ensure the necessary drainage quantities. From there, the sewage is carried to the treatment facilities of LLC "Karpatnaftokhim". Project elaboration, obtaining of permits for work, installation of equipment and performing of works on connection to all networks will take approximately 3 months from the date of obtaining of documents for the land use or ownership depending on technical specifications. Roads From the eastern and northern sides of the site (at a distance of 3 meters) there is a paved road connecting the area with the roads of the industrial zone of the city and the City of Kalush. Distance to the regional center: 44 km
