Description of whole process of Circuit board recycling plant WCBD-005 • Step 1: Feed the PCB into special primary shredder. • Step 2: Use main crusher to crush the PCB into 1-2mm • Step 3: Crushed PCB particle will go to vibrating screen and classifier . • Step 4: vibrating screen and classifier separates 3 type particles: less than 20 mesh, 30-40 mesh, 50-60 mesh. • Step 5-1: Particle within 30-40 mesh goes to 1# air separator(manually) • Step 5-2: Particle within 50-60 mesh goes to 2# air separator(automatically). • Step 5-3: Particle less than 20 mesh will go to minute crusher for crushing again(manually). • Step 6: 1# and 2# air separator will output recycled METAL. • Step 7: 1#, 2#, dust collectors will output the non-metal parts of PCB scrap.
