  2. Reflections Categories forPreschool-High School • VISUAL ART • PHOTOGRAPY • LITERATURE • MUSIC • DANCE CHOREOGRAPHY • FILM PRODUCTION

  3. Number of Entries to Submit to 15th District PTA • One entry per grade per category both in the regular student division and the Special artist division. Example: In the Visual Arts division; • You can submit in elementary one art entry in Kindergarten, first grade, second grade, third grade, fourth grade, and fifth grade for both the regular student division and the Special artist division. That gives you a total of 12 entries for the Visual Arts division. • Each entry must have a student entry form. • Each entry must follow the rules that are set by the National PTA. • Each PTA that submits entries must be a unit in good standing.
