Banner Center for Energy Mission Be an industry-driven, statewide resource for workforce education and training in the energy industry. Ensure Florida’s educational programs are relevant and meet the industry’s needs and standards. Provide a pipeline of skilled workers, entry level to advanced, for the energy industry.
