LOGISTICS OF EVENT TEAMS ORGANIZER • Meet @ Harbor Front – 06:45 hrs (SG) 2ndflr, Batam Fast office • Ferry departure – 07:40 hrs, Chk-in 07:00, arr 7:50am • Set up of stall: 8:30-10:45am • 1st part Games: 11:00 – 13:45 hrs (2mins/ 10 kids/ group/ game) • 2nd part Games: 16:00 – 17:30 hrs • Lunch: 13:45-16:00 • 17:30-19:00 pack-up to ferry terminal • Ferry departure: 20:00 hrs • July 24 depart: 15:30 hrs • Venue: Kepri Mall, Batam Centre (Carrefor @ basement) • Event starts: 11:00am • 13:45-16:00: TGC programs Games Health Talks Health Checks etc Breakfast: Fried noodles Lunch: AyamPenyet + rice Transport: Provided Donations: S$430.00 S$4.50/pax • P.S Total game time = 2:30 +, x 1:30 mins = 240mins/65 groups of 20 kids =3.7mins/ group of 20 kids.

Theme artwork be considered for: Gift to children (arm or friendship band, use marker to pen his/ her name) Emblem be used to identify all volunteers (suggested metal badge pin), regardless of stall/ game Proposals: Suggestion: Each color per game stall, regardless of style from Bodynits stocks. Games Joy – Stall 2 Peace – Stall 3 • Objective: Get at least 1 ball through the holes in any alphabet • Each child will be given 2 balls to play, 2 groups to play at 1 go. • Printed sticker completed, Great job! Thanks to Evelyn & Connie. Cost $280 • Each child is given 3 rings, they try to get the ring round the neck, tail or wings dove.

Preparation – Set up for stalls Joy – Stall 2 10m x 15m Peace – Stall 3 10m x 15m • Bodynits – Fabric for perimeter, both stalls • Trolley boards 0.7m-1.8m height, 6 trolleys • Propose ALPHABET size 60cm x 90cm (WxH), sticker to paste on cardboard. Need cut hole for balls. 100 pcs plastic balls (bought) • Need net for ball collection, attached behind to board. • Bodynits – Fabric for perimeter, curtain to tag PEACE @ back drop of stallOrganizer already make to decorate all stalls. • 7mx1m x 2 to skirt to cover table, table clips • 10m by 1.5m to wrap round the table • Tag Gun with the tags • 8 chairs • Rope of 15m to serve a barriers • Cloth for serving as walls for our team • 2 Pairs of scissors • 2 Brooms with the pans to sweep the rings up 5 yards blue fabric (60” width) for Gee’s team to emulate sea water
