Terrell whispers, “This is bullshit” under his breath and Mr. Phillips hears what he says. Mr. Phillips asks Terrell what he just said. Terrell says nothing. Mr. Phillips continues to ask Terrell what he said and they both get into an argument. Mr. Phillips writes a referral and sends Terrell to the office for being disrespectful.

She finally tells the teacher, “never mind, it is not any of your business.” Ms. Retton walks up to Shawn and is in very close proximity to her.
