3. HP standards Took place in 2004, after
the establishment of Hospital Welfare Societies in 2000,
the conduction of Strategic Planning Workshops for RKS
from 2001 onwards,
and the introduction of a Quality Structure and Quality
Circles in 6 Pilot Hospitals in 2002-2003
Until the end of 2003 activities were concentrated on only a few pilot hospitals, and comparing their achievements
was quite difficult.
