Improve Utilization of XSellerator eQUIP – subscription required • Five live and interactive courses each month • Conducted live via web meeting 2 times • Shown recorded as part of a video library • Each course is designed to be short: typically 30 minutes in length to accommodate dealership personnel’s busy schedule • For subscribed dealerships, all dealership staff are invited to attend as many courses as they want. • Over 30% of our dealerships are subscribed • From July to October we are focused on V4.7.6. • In August we will have a course on Service Quoting. Customer Conferences - 2014 Dealer Conference – registration required • Format – 1 day for Sales/Accounting and 1 day for Fixed • Maybe 1 or 2 group sessions – focus is on department sessions • Deep dive into specific areas of XSellerator – will be support material so you can implement what we train you on • Participants will be encouraged to bring their laptop • Schedule (2014): • Chicago - May 15th and 16th • Toronto – May 20th and 21st • Calgary – May 22nd and 23rd • Fee is $299 per attendee – early bird registration will be $199 • Questions? Online Support The Dealer Resource Center (DRC) Quick Tour: • Help button takes you to the DRC. • In V4.7.5 you can store your user name and password in XSellerator. • We keep adding more documentation, quick tips videos. • The V4.7.6 Interim build will get completed revised “release notes” • Training section of the DRC.
