Three Workstreams Streamline Federal permitting processes to make it easier for network builders and service providers to access Federal assets and rights-of-way. Leverage Federal assets such as towers, buildings, and land to lower the cost of broadband buildouts. Maximize the impact of Federal funding to better target areas of need, improve consistency, and effectively leverage Federal dollars. 6
