  3. Reminders • BP User - Registration • Make Sure that BP Users Have All Locations Needed • Vendors in BidBuy • Do not create false vendor accounts in BidBuy Production

  4. Reminders • Applying Amendments to the BID in BidBuy. • The SPO must apply the amendment. • The Reminder Function - send a Reminder to SPO to apply the amendment. A record of the reminder will be maintained in BidBuy.
