Public EngagementCommunity Outreach To Date • Community Survey • 2 Community Workshops • One-on-one meetings with residents • Meetings with: Councilman Gustin, Councilwoman Zadra, Commissioner Breternitz, Assemblywoman Benitez-Thompson, Caughlin Ranch HOA, Washoe County West Truckee Meadows CAB, City of Reno Ward 1 NAB • Coordination with City of Reno Community Development and Public Works • Coordination with TMWA • Media Interviews • RTC TAC, CAC and BPAC • Reno City Council

Design Considerations • Address the needs of the community and provide a safe route for all users • Confine improvements to the existing right-of-way • Address traffic volume and excessive speeds • Evaluate possible safety improvements in the steep, curved section east of Homewood Drive • Maintain existing trees and rural character
