Colons : View these like eyes, looking ahead to see what comes next For example a list of items, for long quotes, for an introduction to a letter, or when a second sentence follows and further describes the first
Final Review Activity Taped underneath your desk you will find part of a sentence. Find the rest of your sentence and then ALL of your sentence group come and see me for your next clue.

On your notecard (the other side of these directions) write the missing punctuation for each sentence. The first 5 people who bring me the correct answers will get extra credit on their semicolon and colon quiz on Thursday. Good luck!
