Setting up of the Gipuzkoa Transport Authority • Mandate to reach agreements in its statutes “ To articulate cooperation between the Public Administrations that are the title-bearers of collective public transport services and infrastructures in Gipuzkoa and members of the Authority, and collaborate with those other administrations that are not members but are title-bearers of their own or transferred services and infrastructures, by means of the juridical, technical and financial instruments that are deemed necessary, as well as by means of the functions that are entrusted to them by the member entities”.
