  2. Vendor Registration Visit https://vendor.myfloridamarketplace.com for MFMP Vendor Registration 

  3. Vendor RegistrationUsername/Password • Enter a Username and Password • NOTE: This will be the login information for the vendor to update account info in the future and will be shared by all contacts

  4. Vendor RegistrationMain Contact Enter a Main Contact

  5. Vendor RegistrationMain Contact • Scroll down to enter the remainder of the contact information • NOTE: The email address entered for the main contact is what MFMP uses to communicate with you • Click Save Changes

  6. Vendor RegistrationGeneral Information Enter your company name and short name

  7. Vendor RegistrationGeneral Information Scroll down to enter your 1099 name NOTE: This must match the name on your actual 1099 or official IRS documents

  8. Vendor RegistrationGeneral Information • Continue scrolling down to enter your D&B # (required for ASN vendors), website address, and Florida Revenue ID • Click Save Changes

  9. Vendor RegistrationBusiness Profile Choose the appropriate business designation (must match your business designation entered with the Dept. of State)

  10. Vendor RegistrationBusiness Profile • Choose your Primary place of business • Click Save Changes

  11. Vendor RegistrationCertified Business Enterprise Registration Choose Minority Designation (For assistance, vendor should contact the DMS Office of Supplier Diversity or the agency’s Diversity Coordinator)

  12. Vendor RegistrationCertified Business Enterprise Registration • Scroll down and choose the most appropriate code • Click Save Changes

  13. Vendor RegistrationCertified Business Enterprise Registration If certified, you will verify your certification

  14. Vendor RegistrationCertified Business Enterprise Registration • Scroll down to Accept the terms for Certified Business Enterprises • Click “I Accept These Terms” to move on

  15. Vendor RegistrationLocations/Contacts Enter all addresses and additional contacts here NOTE: The contacts, and only the listed contacts, will be able to make updates to this account

  16. Vendor RegistrationLocations/Contacts • Click “New Contact” to enter additional contacts • Click “New Location” to add Remit To, Billing, and PO addresses

  17. Vendor RegistrationLocations/Contacts Enter PO (Purchase Order) Address

  18. Vendor RegistrationLocations/Contacts Scroll down to enter the Remit To address (or choose to copy the address from the PO Info)

  19. Vendor RegistrationLocations/Contacts • Scroll down to enter the Billing address (or choose to copy the address from the PO Info) • Click Save Changes Enter all addresses and additional contacts here

  20. Vendor RegistrationLocations/Contacts Once you are done adding contacts and/or locations, click Save Changes

  21. Vendor RegistrationCommodity Code Selection Scroll down to select the appropriate commodity codes NOTE: For assistance, please refer to the Commodity Code Job Aid, available on the Vendor Toolkit

  22. Vendor RegistrationCommodity Code Selection • Click the blue link to expand the commodity codes available • Check the commodity codes that pertain to your business • Click Continue

  23. Vendor RegistrationSolicitations • Choose whether you would like to be able to respond to solicitations in the Sourcing Tool (currently only DMS utilizes this tool) • Click Continue

  24. Vendor RegistrationeQuote • Choose whether you would like to be able to respond to informal quotes conducted through the eQuote tool • Click “I want to participate in eQuote.” (Recommended)

  25. Vendor RegistrationeQuote • If you selected to participate in eQuotes, enter eQuote contact and location • Click Submit The eQuote contact will be the one to receive notification of any quote opportunities

  26. Vendor RegistrationTerms of Use • To complete your registration, you must accept the MFMP Terms of Use • Please read the terms prior to accepting them

  27. Vendor RegistrationTerms of Use If you agree with the Terms of Use and would like to register with the State of Florida, click “I Accept the Terms of Use”
