  2. First Beginning Tony Hawk was born on May 12, 1968 in San Diego, California. Tony’s real name was Bony Hawk .

  3. Tony’s parent's names were Frank and Nancy Hawk. His siblings were Lenore, Patricia and Steve.

  4. Tony always skateboarded. He even went to skateboard to get through any problem at school. Tony ask a friend to draw a hawk swooping down.

  5. Tony was so skinny that he wore his elbow pads on his knees. Tony got stuck on the edge of the gigantic bowl and he fell face first and broke his front two teeth.

  6. Back in the 1970’s when Tony started skateboarding, it was on its way out. Some of Tony’s famous quote are, “I won’t quit until I’m physically unable”, “I consider skateboarding an art form, a life style and a sport”, and “I love snowboarding, but I would never want to do it competitively or at a professional level. Snowboarding is a spawn of skating, and skating is my passion.

Tony’s favorite skaters are Eddie Elguera, Steve Caballero, Mark Gonzales, Christian Hosi, Bob Burnquist , Bucky Lasek, Danny Way, Colin McKay, Eric Koston, and Rick McCrank.

  8. Tony used to play the violin when he was in middle school.

  9. Tony had to make a decision between violin and skateboarding.

  11. Shortly after their wedding, Tony won another title.

  12. There children names are Riley, Spencer, Keegan and Kandence.

  13. The reason why I chose Tony because he encourages me to try skateboarding myself. I feel that he should continued skateboarding and have an happy life.
