Capacity Building Modules • Project management • Risk management • Financial management • Professional management • Marketing • Government • Tax Specific topics Include: • Budgeting & profit planning • Access to capital • Increasing bonding capacity • The art of negotiation Access to one-on-one coaching and mentoring following completion of the modules!!!

  7. Pre-Apprenticeship Program WRTP / BIG STEP John Anderson (414) 937-3624 janderson@wrtp.org • 92 local apprentices who attended pre-apprentice training via WRTP/BIGSTEP performed over 30,000 hours on District construction projects
