Qualifications & Prerequisites • Attend Grant Management Seminar • Sign TRF Memorandum of Understanding & D-6000 Addendum • Host partner in project country • Host partner is “qualified” • Both clubs current with TRF reports
District 6000 Global Grant Requirements • Minimum $15,000 TRF award, $33,750 project budget • Partner Rotary club in project country • Host partner encouraged to contribute • Intl sponsors contribute at least 30% • Host partner takes report responsibility • Project falls in Area(s) of Focus • Respect community needs & wishes
District 6000 Global Grant Requirements • 3 Project Contacts from both partners • Communicate with D-6000 Global Grant Committee Region Coordinator during development of the application Africa & Europe: Denny Skinner Asia/India & S Pacific: Rachel Litwiller Latin America & the Caribbean: Jim Peterson
D-6000 Global Grant Proposal & Application Process • On line through www.rotary.org at “My Rotary”
D-6000 Global Grant Funding Guidelines • Only contributions from D-6000 clubs will be matched with D-6000 DDF • Maximum D-6000 DDF match for any one project is $22,500 • GG applications accepted throughout the Rotary year, processed on a rolling basis • GGs will be competitive in D-6000 so early application is recommended
D-6000 Global Grant Funding Guidelines • Recommend partnering with other clubs and districts to increase the cash and DDF available for a project • Maximum TRF match is $200,000 • Additional competition and TRF approval for a TRF award over $50,000
