  3. Some of the advantages of Open Source Software (OSS) are as follows: • Free use of the software. • People can modify the software and improve it. • You can learn to customize and edit the software to fit your needs. • Can be very useful in unique business situations. Advantages of OSS?

When it comes to OSS software that can be used in the workplace, Linux is a great example. • I personally can say I know a computer specialist who uses Linux for his system management and business, and he is always recommending I should switch over to Linux, because it makes the whole process of managing multiple computers and systems easier.   6. When it comes to audio editing, Audacity is a great program to use when you want to learn the basics of editing audio files. In my own experience, I’ve used audacity to reverse and edit songs, and even to apply effects to my voice similar to auto tuning and modifications. Audacity For Audio

  7. In conclusion, Open Source software is a good tool for learning and practicing in learning how to edit and make use of different developer codes/consoles. Open Source software provides an exciting new way to learn what is behind the software you use everyday. Conclusion
