  2. Preoperative AP X-ray

  3. Preoperative Lateral X-ray

  4. Medial Parapatellar Approach

  5. Intraarticular Split

  6. T-Type Supracondylar Unreduced

  7. Reduction with Periarticular Clamps

  8. IM Guide Wire, IM Drill, Leave Drill in Place While Inserting Cannulated Screw Guide Wire

  9. Place Cannulated Screws with IM Drill Bit in Place

  10. Remove Drill Bit and Insert Nail

  11. Place 2 Distal Locking Screws

  12. Place 2 Distal Locking Screws

  13. Final Reduction of Articular Surface

  14. Final Reduction of Shaft

  15. Drill Proximal Locking Screw

  16. Place Retrieval Suture on Proximal Locking Screw

  17. Irrigate and Close in the Usual Fashion

  18. Post Op AP X-ray

  19. Post Op Lateral X-ray
