Same Title, Different Description • Every position at Kraft is different. • Will be placed according to skills and interests • Hundreds of projects are running concurrently • Each project is in a different stage of it’s life cycle • Each business function has different projects. • Each project has different demands.
Two Key Areas of Responsibility • Application Development • Designing, coding, testing and implementing and supporting new systems that are used to support the business functional areas • Development in COBOL, Visual Basic, JAVA ... • Information Technology • Provide the data, tools and capabilities to deliver core information services in such areas as Operating systems (Unix, AS400, NT), Internet technologies, Database administration (DB2, ORACLE) • These positions tend to, but not necessarily, support cross company projects or more than one user group
