About DFWIMA The DFW Interactive Marketing Association (DFWIMA) is a forum for interactive professionals, businesses and educators in the Metroplex dedicated to sharing ideas, information and best practices that will help define and develop the growing interactive marketing industry and its disciplines. DFWIMA's membership base and meeting attendees represent almost 1,000 interactive marketers from local Fortune 1000 companies, interactive agencies, marketing-related technology firms, marketing-focused consulting firms and online media companies. As a leader in the interactive community, the DFWIMA organization strives to help provide our partners with the best experience in connecting with the local marketing professionals in the DFW area. Our sponsors have always been a priority and a key factor in our success. In 2010, we are committed to enhancing all packages and options to give our sponsors the best overall experience possible. We pride ourselves in creating custom opportunities that are specific to the sponsors needs.

Excellence in Interactive Marketing Awards Show The Excellence in Interactive Marketing Awards show and banquet recognizes DFW companies and individuals who demonstrated thought leadership, superior execution, and innovation in the field of interactive marketing during 2009 and 2010. Approximately 400 to 450 interactive marketers from across DFW and the nation attend this event.

Excellence in Interactive Marketing Awards Show PRESENTING SPONSORSHIP: $10,780.00 (1 Total) Four (4) tables of eight (8) positioned at the front/center of stage with two (2) bottles of wine at each table for guests • Delivery of welcome speech • Sponsor and present one (1) award category of choice • Corporate signage at event and on tables • VIP check-in at event for guests • Giveaway in "goodie" bag for all attendees • PR mention, publicity announcements, save the date emails, and website posting. • Sponsor one (1) hole at the 2009 iHack Golf Tournament • Sponsor one (1) monthly DFWIMA meeting

Excellence in Interactive Marketing Awards Show Executive Sponsorship Level: $7,370 (max of 4 total) One (1) table of eight (8) with front of stage positioning with two (2) bottles of wine at each table for guests • Sponsor and present one (1) award category of choice • Corporate signage at event and on tables • VIP check-in at event for guests • Giveaway in "goodie" bag for all attendees • PR mention, publicity announcements, save the date emails, and website posting • Sponsor one (1) hole at the 2009 iHack Golf Tournament One (1) Sponsor at this Level will have the opportunity to sponsor the EIMA After-Party (add $1,000)

Excellence in Interactive Marketing Awards Show Standard Table Sponsorship: $3,520 One (1) table of eight (8) with premiere table placement and two (2) bottles of wine at each table for guests • Corporate signage at event and on tables • VIP check-in at event for guests • Give-away in "goodie" bag for all attendees • PR mention, publicity announcements, save the date emails, and website posting Annual Packaging Option - $5,170 – includes sponsorship of one (1) hole at the 2009 iHack Golf Tournament or sponsorship of one (1) monthly DFWIMA meeting in addition to the Standard Table Sponsor benefits listed above.

Excellence in Interactive Marketing Awards Show VALET PARKING SPONSORSHIP: $3,000 Opportunity for a company to sponsor EIMA’s Valet Parking and we’re very open to enhancing the package pertaining to your certain needs or ideas. Recognition at Guest Entry and Exit. Banner to support Valet Sponsorship Opportunity to leave company swag within the attendees car. Have Valet operators dress in sponsorship company shirts or wear logos.

Excellence in Interactive Marketing Awards Show EVENT COCKTAIL RECEPTION: $5,000 Opportunity for a company to sponsor EIMA’s Valet Parking and we’re very open to enhancing the package pertaining to your certain needs or ideas. Passed Hors d’oeurves to crowd. Passed Wine and Champagne Sponsorship Mentions at event, DFWIMA website and banners. Customized ideas welcome.

  10. iHack and Margarita Clinic Sponsorship The iHack Golf Tournament and Margarita Clinic takes place in September each year and draws approximately 250 participants. Tournament players play 18 holes of golf surrounded by the hardwood trees, natural streams, lakes and wetland areas. Novice golfers may choose to join the Margarita Clinic where they can take a lesson, play a few par 3 holes, and enjoy some margaritas.

  11. iHack Golf Tournament and Margarita Clinic TOURNAMENT SPONSORSHIP: $6,600 (1 Total) • Banner signage at entrance • Drinks tickets for attendees • Awards dinner/drinks for attendees • Sponsorship of one (1) monthly DFWIMA meeting • Two (2) foursomes • Signage on golf carts – two (2) carts per foursome • Signage at one (1) hole • Giveaway in "goodie" bag for all attendees • Tournament sponsor PR and email mention, logo on the website and the DFWIMA sign

  12. iHack Golf Tournament and Margarita Clinic iHack Awards Banquet Sponsorship: $3,500 (1 Total) • Banner signage at banquet • Company representative to hand out drink tickets • One (1) foursome • Signage on golf carts – two (2) carts per foursome • Give-away in "goodie" bag for all attendees • Awards banquet sponsor PR and email mention, logo on the website and the DFWIMA sign

  13. iHack Golf Tournament and Margarita Clinic • HOLE SPONSORSHIP: $3,000 (18 Total) • Signage at respective hole. • One (1) foursome. • Signage on golf carts – two (2) carts per foursome. • Giveaway in “iHack Sponsorship Room” to agencies and clients. • PR and email mention, logo on the website and the DFWIMA sign.

  14. iHack Golf Tournament and Margarita Clinic • MARGARITA CLINIC SPONSORSHIP: $5,125 (1 Total) • Twenty (20) clinic attendees passes. • EXCLUSIVE Signage at clinic. • Giveaway in "goodie" bag for all attendees clinic. • Margarita sponsor PR and email mention, logo on the website and the DFWIMA sign. • One (1) foursome.

  15. DFWIMA Summer Schmooze SUMMER SCHMOOZE SPONSORSHIP: $4,000 (1 Total) Come join your fellow Dallas/Ft. Worth interactive marketers for a Summer party at White Rock Lake. This is an excellent opportunity to network with the interactive community while enjoying good food, good drink, good music, and a great time! This years event will include fun activities such as:-Shrimp & Crawfish Boil-Music DJ-Lawn games & activities-Door prize and Giveaway Opportunities. -PR and Marketing Mentions on website and emails.

DFWIMA Holiday Party HOLIDAY PARTY SPONSORSHIP: $5,000 (1 Total) Its that time of year again - time to hang stockings, spin the dreidel, and get merry at the 2010 DFWIMA Holiday Party.Join your industry friends and colleagues at Dallas own Starlight Room where there will be entertainment, wine, Cosmojitos, and heavy upscale passed and stationed Hors Doeuvres. This wont be any ordinary Holiday party. • Door prize and Giveaway Opportunities. • Exclusive Signage at event. • PR and Marketing Mentions on website and emails.

  17. MONTHLY INDUSTRY MEETINGS In a continuing effort to listen to and grow with our membership, we will be testing a variety of new venues and meeting times throughout 2010. This will include locations near Northpark, the Galleria, and Downtown/Uptown Dallas and may include lunches and breakfasts along with our traditional dinner meetings. We’re also moving our meetings to the last Tuesday of each month in order to minimize scheduling conflicts with other local organizations. It is our expectation that this will help build on our already rapid growth in attendance from 2009 and give us room to continue to welcome more DFW area marketing professionals to our events in 2010!

MONTHLY INDUSTRY MEETINGS MONTHLY MEETING SPONSORSHIP: $2,500 (1 Total) • Up to 5 guest passes included ($40/guest normally) • Signage (if provided) • Ability to distribute collateral on chairs or tables • Ability to conduct event drawing (attendee contact info. collection) • Sponsor recognition by Meeting moderator • ***Note: DFWIMA does NOT distribute event lists or organizational lists to ANY sponsors

QUARTERLY HAPPY HOURS HAPPY HOUR SPONSORSHIP: $850.00 (1 each qtr). • In 2010, DFWIMA will begin hosting quarterly happy hours to provide additional networking opportunities for our members and guests. Dates and venues are open; we will work with each sponsor to select a date and location that is mutually beneficial to you, our members and to DFWIMA. • 1st Quarter • 2nd Quarter • 3rd Quarter • 4th Quarter

MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS • Annual Individual DFWIMA Membership $185.00 • Individual membership includes FREE admission to DFWIMA monthly education/networking events throughout the year (a total of nine meetings). • Annual Corporate DFWIMA Membership (includes 3 seats) $500.00 • Corporate Membership includes FREE admission to DFWIMA monthly education/networking events throughout the year (a total of nine meetings) for ANY individuals or guests from your organization. Seats are given generic individual names so that your organization can take full advantage of attending all events. Each additional seat is $150. • Agency Super Corporate Sponsorship (up to 10 guests) $500 • Publisher Super Corporate Sponsorship (up to 10 guests) $800 • Guest Fee $40 • Student Fee $20

  22. DFWIMA Sponsorship Terms FIRST RIGHT OF REFUSAL If a sponsor with 1st rights of refusal doesn't secure that opportunity by Jan 30, 2009, then the opportunity will become available to others. SPONSOR AGREEMENT Each sponsor commitment will be followed up with written notification of the sponsorship package elements and agreed to price. Sponsor will be required to email back to DFWIMA representative with confirmation of acceptance and agreement of terms, elements and price. CANCELLATION POLICY DFWIMA Sponsorship Cancellation Policy is that all Presenting/Executive Level Sponsorships for all events are non-cancellable. If changes are requested, DFWIMA will make effort to modify sponsorship package to accommodate sponsor's needs, however, sponsor will be committed to overall financial commitment within the given original time commitment agreed to. Any other event related sponsorships are cancellable up to 60 days prior to the event
