This line of development focuses on the creation of a credit system, called "Military-ECTS", to better compare workloads and facilitate mutual recognition between different countries for academic and vocational education and training in the military. The timeline, purpose, calculation of MECTS, MECTS User's Guide, and the way forward are discussed in this document.
