  10. Academic Development Program Work on syllabus development & training manuals on continuous basis so that the curriculum is updated with essential requirements.

  11. Training and Capacity Building Train the teachers, provide professional guidance and groom their personalities

  12. Vocational Training Program A way to bring about self-sufficiency so that they can stand on their own feet.

  13. Community Awareness Program Educate adults and provide them the knowledge necessary for the healthy upbringing of their family.

  14. Health & Hygiene Program A “Health and Hygiene Series” has been published and proper medical check ups of students are also conducted on regular basis.

  15. Collaborated Community Development Program (CCDP) Make students belonging to upper class realize how blessed they are and also give a chance to Baithak School students to interact with this community.

  16. Friends with Books Program Our aim is to setup proper libraries in our school in order to promote healthy reading habits.
