Do the BRAIN WORK • Brainstorm: • What do we want? • What do we have? • What needs to go? • What needs to stay? • When do we want it finished? • How do we begin?
Define the Purpose of your Leadership Group • Consider: • Involving others in positive experiences • Developing esprit among your followers • Personal Growth of the leaders • Strengthening the skill sets of the leadership • Providing others the opportunity to grow • Help others discover their responsibilities • Enhancing the leaders’ experience
Write it Down!! • No makeover begins without a written plan. Leadership is no different. • Use experts to help you decide on the design.
