Overview The Internet Classroom Assistant is a communication tool that brings • web-based conferencing • personal messaging • document sharing • scheduling and • link/resource sharing to a variety of learning environments
The ICA • could be used by post-secondary teachers with their students • was designed not as a replacement for the classroom, but It is rather as a supplement allowing greater communication and sharing of information among students and between teachers and their students. Souham Al Khazaal
The Features Include Scheduling: Teachers can put the class schedule On-line with a seven day advane view on the class home page

To join a class go to http://www.nicenet.org click on join a class enter the (Class Key) give a Username and Password fill in your username and password again click on Log In to the ICA Joining a Class- Students
Observations • Online conferencing allows everyone to have a say in a more or less equal way, equal time for everyone. • it provides a way for students to communicate with each other in writing and they have more time to think before writing • it's motivating and less embarrassing for students Souhamalkhazaal
It can be used with flexible timing as, it can be assigned as homework or used in class. • It doesn't need any special software. Students can access it from anywhere.
After posting the mesage Students can edit their messages Teacher, can edit the posts delete them or print them out
Conclusion • Students' responses were wonderful. • I feel I’ve become more accessible to my students and they feel more free to voice their problems and concerns. I put here two messages from students as examples of that: SouhamAlkhazaal
