INTRODUCTION Background of study – EM comes from outside of the performer. Problem statement – Effect of extrinsically motivation is what they need tomotivate and job performance for employees. Objective - To find out the relationship between the effects of extrinsic motivation towards job performance. Significance - Expose the effect of extrinsic motivation on employees
Literature review Extrinsic motivation - individual receives recognition as a specific stimulus, response, and consequences Effect of extrinsic motivation - attendance, punctuality, quality, and productivity. Job performance - a generator of human behaviour and has found that this is the key to understand the job performance. Effect of job performance – positive effect on high, productivity, hazards, health, and cost effectiveness of ergonomic improvements in workplace.

Conclusion Performance is the heart of any government. Success depends on how hard the employees work toward organizational goals. Employees need to be motivated to work towards department goals. The need is to realize the importance of motivation in getting a higher performance out of the employees, then coming up with affordable ways of motivating employees. Higher reward = Higher job performance “More productivity”
