  3. History • In 1955, Cooperated with TOSHIBA to build. the Electricity Meter Plant • In 1956, Started to produce 1ф Electricity meter (I-11T,D-60T) with the capability of 500 sets/day. • In 1961, Produced 300% over load Electricity meter (I-15T,D-65T, DR-67T).

History (cont.) • In 1988, Started to build the production line of 3ф Electricity meter. • In 1989, Started to implement the system of Statistic Process Control to increase the quality pass rate. • In 1992, Built a magnetic automatic assembly line for D-4S Electricity meter with capability of 1,800 pcs/day.

  5. History (cont.) • In 1993, Leading other supplier to pass the certification of 3ф4w watt-hour and 3ф var-hour Electricity meter from Tai-power (Taiwan Power Company). Started to localize the parts of 3ф Electricity meter. Today, capacity is 2,000pcs/day. • In 1994, Passed the certification of ISO-9002. • In 2001, Imported 0.2 class electronic Electricity meter from PML to Tai-power.

History (cont.) • In 2004, License with Landis+Gyr for three phase electronic meters. • In 2005, Imported 0.5 class Automatic Meter Reading system from Elster to Tai-power. • In 2006, Pass the certification of 0.5 class three phase electronic meter from Tai-power. • In 2008, Got the AMR bid of Tai-power. And factory moved to Tao-Yuan county. • In 2008, Got the AMR
