What was this like? • Listening to our colleagues about their craft… they have been waiting a long time to talk! • Energy and pride around what people do… and a validation of the importance of discussing, sharing, and capturing good practices
Methodology • 15 TRGers in the month of June • ~ Half at TRG 20+ years; ¼ with TRG 10+ years; 1/5 with less than five years at TRG • Basic question: • What sets us apart– what are best practices, and what are we not doing that we should be doing?
What We Found… • Craft of training and OD • Connections with data throughout information gathering stage • Judicious presentation of that data • Mastery of facilitation and meeting management • Allowing participants to be at the center • Use of ELC • The power of good design and delivery
