Health Check Visits • Each school is entitled to a half day on site with a SIMS expert • The visiting consultant will have a minimum of 5 years appropriate experience in the use and support of SIMS and be able to answer any questions you may have about the system
Health Check Visits • The purpose of the visit is to • baseline the use of the MIS in each school • provide school leaders with a view of ways in which better use of the system can improve and streamline processes in school.
Health Check Visits • One half day is not a lot to cover all that SIMS can do and the school will have priorities for discussion • In order to focus discussion, schools are asked to complete a form prior to arranging the visit • http://www.osmisschools.com/audit/
