Slogan & Logo • A slogan is a catch phrase. It’s something that is stated in advertisements that is quick and catchy. • Place Logo in the center of this slide. A logo is a design that allows people to quickly recognize your store.
Location • You only have one store to begin with. What type of location would be best to draw in the most customers. • Add a map if you’d like.
Products Available with Prices Included • What products or services do you offer. • Include detailed descriptions of each item you offer along with a price. • A drawing of the items can be helpful.
Who is your target audience? Be specific. • What type of person would be interested in your product. • Explain using sentences with well chosen adjectives.
Requirements of your employees and number of employees needed • If you were to explain everything an employee needs to be capable of doing, what would you tell him/her? • Include things like wages, hours, dress code, education

Letter of Complaint from dissatisfied customer • Unfortunately, you can’t please everyone. Write a letter (greeting, five sentences, closing, signature) from a customer you had a bad experience with one of your products.
