  20. Your Purpose; Your Passion; Your Potential and Your Drive Make You a Unique and Distinct Leader, Manager or Practitioner/Technician

  39. The Challenge When your Genius is reactionary; It is unintentional, under utilized and unavailable to power your purpose

  41. What is my Most Effective Role? Is it as Leader?

  42. Know Your Role Leaders create vision for change; they develop initiatives that bring about change

  43. What is my Most Effective Role? Is it as Manager?

  44. Know Your Role Managers plan change and prepare others for change and measure it

  45. What is my Most Effective Role? Is it as Practitioner Technician or Worker?

  46. Know Your Role Practitioners and Technicians know or can learn how to do what needs to be done.

  47. What is my Most Effective Role? Is it a Mixture of all Three?

  48. What is my Most Effective Role You must be intentional about your role(s) to be effective

  49. What is my Most Effective Role? Without knowing your most effective role(s) you cannot live it
