11. MGIB-SR Chapter 1606 & Kicker Eligibility Criteria:
- 6 Year Contract or Officer Service Agreement (OSA) in any RC 1 July 1985 or later
- High School Diploma or Equivalency
- Completion of IADT/OBC

$100, $200, or $350 rate
Must have contract, is additional incentive, not an entitlement
Must have MGIB-SR or MGIB-AD to contract but can also use with REAP and/or Post 9/11 11

16. Chapter 1606 & Kicker Portability Mobilization Extension:
Must have completed initial 6 year obligation upon ETS.
Soldiers period of eligibility extends for the period of the mobilization plus four months.
Medical Discharge:
Soldiers retain eligibility for 14 years from their eligibility start date as long as they have discharge orders that reflect a medical discharge and the disability was not due to the Soldiers misconduct. 16

18. REAP Chapter 1607 Termination
Soldier is suspended if they enter an inactive status (IRR/ING). Benefits reinstate upon return to drilling status.
Soldier is terminated if:
Fail to complete a Service Contract
Dishonorable Discharge from SR
Receive a Dedicated Guard ROTC Scholarship
Delimiting date expires 18
19. Eligibility Criteria:
Active Component or Title 10 AGR on or after1 July 1985, or
Title 32 AGR on or after 29 November 1989, or
At least two consecutive years on active duty
Honorable Discharge (if separated)
High School diploma or equivalent.
10 year delimiting date from LAST honorable active duty discharge
Does not meet any of the ineligibility criteria. 19

Any ROTC Scholarship Recipient other than GRFD who rec’d more than $3400 for each year of such participation
