Club Fees Payment Schedule Leap Frog Program 12 and under $ 500 January 16th $250 February 16th $175 Tryout Fee on November 15th $75 AVVC 2008 Leap Frog Developmental Program Club Fee & Payment ScheduleSeason Runs from January through May The fee includes: One (2) hour practice a week through May 2008, the uniform, medical kits/supplies, USA Volleyball player registration, USA Volleyball team registration, USA Volleyball insurance, coaching fees, and club clinics. Tournaments – AVVC will provide internal club 6 person tri-matches and will try to find a few external tri-matches with other clubs. Its important to note that only a few clubs in our region are focused on 12 and younger so the tournament options will be minimal. If you cannot meet this payment schedule, you should discuss with the club director to establish an alternate plan. Our goal is to make it possible for the girls to play. Payments must be made by check, and made payable to the Atlantic Valley Volleyball Club or AVVC. Your canceled check will be your receipt for proof of payment. IMPORTANT, please note in the memo section of the check your team name so we can insure the payment is promptly applied to your daughters account. Uniforms Club Apparel Spandex x1 Jersey x2 Warm up Jacket with players name Warm Up Pants Backpack with players name AVVC will be offering club apparel this season through a business partner. We expect to announce the opening of the on-line store by mid December. This will provide you and your daughter access to AVVC apparel that you can purchase on-line. NOTE: You can not purchase club uniforms or club warm-up’s from this site, all club uniforms must be purchased through the club to insure the style, brand and artwork is consistent.
