Objectives • Summarize lessons learned from PHA implementation at small, medium, and large NOSCs. • Provide recommendations specific to conducting organized and efficient PHA process. • Discuss barriers to PHA implementation. • Review lessons learned to facilitate smooth operation at NOSCs to support FEDSHEAL program PHA events.

  3. Why do we need to complete the Periodic Health Assessment?

  6. When are all members required to have completed their initial PHA?
