  9. My Grandmothertaught us to always add at least a “pinch” of salt and sugarto every recipe. One of the best cooks in all of Kansas!

  10. RECIPE • Whatever the name of your recipe: • Resource Management • Public Use Planning • Long Range Planning Remember to always include at least a “pinch” of Partnership. Sometimes partners are the sugar and sometimes they are the salt… but they are both ESSENTIAL if you want the best.
