TRS Rollout Timeline • Stage 1: System Enhancements Phase • Rollout: November 1 (monthly) and October 30 (bi-weekly) • Stage 2: TRS Represented Employees • Rollout: December 1 (monthly) and November 27 (bi-weekly) • Stage 3: New Departments (represented and non-represented) • Rollout: January 1 (monthly) and December 25 (bi-weekly)
Eligible TRS Users • Monthly (exempt and non-exempt) employees with a time code of “R” • Bi-weekly non-exempt employees with a time code of “Z” • Represented Staff: • CX, SX, TX, EX, RX, NX, HX, FX, LX
Significant TRS Enhancements • Employee work week has been updated • Work schedules are now displayed on timesheets • Supervisors can approve SDF hours • New Web Service • Departments can request alternate department access for employees

TRS Employee Enhancements • Standard work week has been changed in TRS • Overtime compensation type is now displayed • Employees work schedule hours are displayed below the calendar • Employees can recall a timesheet that is in the “Submitted to Supervisor” status • Hours reported on a previous pay cycle are displayed • Comp time (used) from the drop down menu • Monthly exempt timesheets with no leave reported now displays “no exception hours to report for this pay period”

DTA Enhancements • New Web Service • All hours (including work hours, leave hours and late timesheets) submitted through TRS will immediately loaded into PPS (transaction holding file) • Ability to view early submitted timesheets • Manage employee profile section has been updated • New warning flags have been established

Central TRS Enhancement • DTAs can request alternate department access for employees
TRS Status Codes • None: no action has been perform on this timesheet • SAVED: status is updated to SAVED when employee saves the timesheet • Recalled by Employee: Employee has request a timesheet be returned • RETURNED BY SUPERVISOR: supervisor returns the timesheet to the employee • SUBMITTED TO SUPERVISOR: employee submits the timesheet to their supervisor • SUBMITTED TO DTA : supervisor approves the timesheet • SUBMITTED TO PPS: DTA reviews the timesheets and submits the information to PPS • PPS ERROR : one or more of the entries submitted to TRS failed with an error response • COMPLETED – A timesheet has been successfully processed
