Impact Fee Update/Code Revisions • Multi-Family Rate Changes: • Following additional analysis (eliminating outliers and lower trip generation), impact fee rates for some residential categories reduced • Affected Land Use Categories: • Multi-Family • Residential/Condominium/Townhouse • High-Rise Residential Condominium/Townhouse • Student Housing • No changes to Single Family Residential

Transportation Impact Fee Update Page 2 (Section 23-87(a)), beginning on line 66: • the reasonably anticipated costs of growth-necessitated major road transportation network system expansion and improvements.
