  8. TAPS PROCESS • Orientation • Familiarization • Self-Assessment • Pre-Evaluation Conference • Observation and Collection • Formative Assessment and Mid-Year Evaluation Conference • Summative Assessment and Summative Evaluation

  9. TAPS MANAGEMENT • Electronic Platform: houses all records and resources for TKES • Supports dialogue between principals and teachers • Produces reports on usage and completion of process steps
